Chef Zack's new concept restaurant. The title "8" refers to the number of seated guests per night. 8 brings together the concepts of contrasting and innovative flavors, with sensory experience via light and sound.
Booking is extremely limited. To check for availability or to get on the waitlist, please send a text to the designated booking phone number at (617) 405-3488. Please include all information including number of guests in your party, and dietary restrictions.
8 will serve a standard 5 courses. All ingredients are locally sourced, so pricing changes based on availability of ingredients, season, and other factors. Pricing will start at $120 per person but could increase due to food cost.
